Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. During your first dental appointment, Dr. Gruita will perform a complete oral examination, discuss any treatment you may need and answer your dental questions. Depending on the condition of your teeth and gums, you may have your teeth cleaned during your first visit—or it may be scheduled during a follow-up visit. Please bring any dental X-rays you’ve taken in the past six months. If you don’t have them, we can take new ones. Please bring any relevant information about your medical history, any medication you might be taking, your dental history and any dental insurance you may have. Please allow about one hour for your first appointment and try to arrive so you have plenty of time to complete the new patient forms and get comfortable.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
